We offer FREE local Postnet-to-Postnet shipping for all NexRing products. The average time for delivery is approximately 2-3 working days. Simply fill in your address at checkout to determine your closest Postnet branch.
Alternatively, we can arrange shipping to your door at an additional cost of R180.

Returns Policy
With regard to the NexRing Sizing Kit, if you are able to return the kit to NexRing South Africa (at your own cost to Midrand, Gauteng) in its original, undamaged packaging we can offer you a R200 refund via the same payment method used to purchase the kit.
NexRing offers a 12-month warranty on all NexRing smart ring products, from the date of purchase, against any defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product, at NexRing's discretion, and does not cover accidental damage, loss, misuse or abuse of the product by the user. To claim warranty, customers must provide proof of purchase and notify NexRing immediately within the warranty period. Customers are responsible for return shipping of the product to NexRing SA (Gauteng) at their own expense. NexRing will cover the cost of shipping the replacement ring. This warranty is only valid in South Africa.
RETURNS:
NexRing accepts returns within 30 days of purchase for any reason. The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging (with no damage to the packaging). Customers are responsible for shipping the product to NexRing SA at their own expense. Upon receipt, NexRing will inspect the product. If the product meets the return criteria, NexRing will issue a refund via the original payment method within 14 business days.
