SFlux offers a 12-month warranty on all SFlux Water Jugs, from the date of purchase, against any defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product, at SFlux's discretion, and does not cover accidental damage, loss, misuse, or abuse of the product by the user. To claim warranty, customers must provide proof of purchase and notify SFlux immediately within the warranty period. Customers are responsible for return shipping of the product to SFlux (Gauteng) at their own expense. SFlux will cover the cost of shipping the replacement jug. This warranty is only valid in South Africa.


SFlux accepts returns within 30 days of purchase for any reason. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (with no damage to the packaging). Customers are responsible for shipping the product to SFlux at their own expense. Upon receipt, SFlux will inspect the product. If the product meets the return criteria, SFlux will issue a refund via the original payment method within 14 business days.
