Returns & Warranty for OrsitoAR

ORISTO-AR provides a 12-month warranty on all ORISTO-AR products from the date of purchase against any defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty covers the repair or replacement of the product, as determined by ORISTO-AR, and does not extend to accidental damage, misuse, or abuse by the user. To make a warranty claim, please ensure you have proof of purchase and reach out to ORISTO-AR promptly within the warranty period. You'll be responsible for sending the product to ORISTO-AR at your own cost, but we'll cover the return shipping. It's essential to note that this warranty is valid only within South Africa.


If you decide to return your ORISTO-AR product, you can do so within 30 days of the purchase date, no questions asked. To be eligible for a return, make sure the product is unused, undamaged, and still in its original packaging. Similar to warranty claims, you'll need to send the product to ORISTO-AR at your own expense. Once we receive it, we'll inspect the item. If it meets our return criteria, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
